Homemade pumpkin and spice infused Rum, cream and Stroopwafel liqueur combine to make a delicious upside down Pumpkin pie cocktail that is perfect for any Halloween spirits and fall gatherings.

Start by gently adding the Stroopwafel liqueur to a martini glass. Next you'll want to float your cream over the liqueur to create a layered effect. Using a spoon to slowly pour the cream in should help keep the liquids separated. Lastly, float 1 oz of your homemade Pumpkin Spice Rum onto the top of the other two ingredients.
Your martini glass with ground Allspice, Cinnamon or Nutmug if you desire.
