The

Bayou Bloom Fizz

Courtesy of Kelsie Bender

Ingredients

  • 1.5oz Gin
  • 1/2oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
  • 1/2oz Creme De Fleur
  • 3/4oz Lemon Juice
  • 3/4oz Blackberry Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1oz Elderflower Tonic Water
  • How to Mix It

Similar to the classic “Sloe Gin Fizz”, this moody and floral cocktail is a work of art, inspired by the flavors and atmosphere of Louisiana’s Bayou territory. To make this cocktail, add elderflower tonic separately to a large coupette, goblet or martini glass. Mix the rest of your ingredients in a skaker, shake with ice, then strain back into shaker and dry shake vigorously. Strain over elderflower tonic into glass and watch the mysterious bloom. Enjoy!

Pro Tip:

Sorry Bond but Gin cocktails should always be stirred and not shaken! Shaking your Gin over ice causes it to become cloudy and ruins the presentation of your masterpiece.
